Purpose: This private application supports the operator of the eBay store sewobsessedoutfitters in managing store categories and auditing listings. Listing import and seller account management are being configured.
Information processed: The application processes eBay account deletion notifications, including account identifiers supplied by eBay. When listing audit features are enabled, it may also process the authorized seller's account identifiers, listing identifiers, listing details, and historical listing snapshots. API credentials and authorization tokens are kept as server secrets. The application does not request payment card details.
Use and providers: Information is used to operate the authorized store tools, compare listing data, and process deletion requests. Cloudflare hosts the application, database, and message queues; eBay supplies account authorization and API data. The operator does not sell this information or use it for advertising.
Retention and deletion: Deletion messages are temporarily queued for processing. The currently configured queue retention is 24 hours. Verified account deletion requests remove matching account records and listing snapshots from the active application database. Limited processing records and protected identifier hashes are retained to record completed requests and support prevention of reimport. Operational logs and platform backups are subject to separate Cloudflare retention settings. Historical listing storage is not yet enabled.
Access: Seller account access requires the seller's consent. Access can be revoked through eBay's application permissions. Requests concerning this application's information can be made to the store operator through the contact link at https://www.ebay.com/usr/sewobsessedoutfitters.
